How to set up AKS Trading Dashboard
Follow these steps in order. You only need to do this once: duplicate the Notion journal template, create your dashboard account, connect Notion, then select your copied journal database.
Duplicate the Notion template
Open the AKS Trading Journal template from Notion Marketplace and click duplicate. This creates your own private copy inside your Notion workspace.
Do not connect someone else’s original template page. Always connect your duplicated copy.Log trades in your Notion journal
Add trades using the template database. Keep the default fields like Date, Symbol, Setup, P&L, Win/Loss, Mistake, Emotion, Screenshot, and Notes.
Attach screenshots and write a clear recap so the dashboard can show what happened that day.Create your dashboard account
Sign up with your email, verify the email if prompted, then log in. Your account keeps your Notion connection, settings, and billing separate from every other user.
Each customer has their own private setup.Start your subscription
Go to Pricing or Account and start the monthly subscription. Once billing is active, the paid dashboard pages unlock.
You can manage or cancel billing from the Account page.Connect Notion
Go to Setup, click Connect Notion, choose the workspace where you duplicated the template, then allow access to the trading journal page/database.
The app never asks for your Notion password.Select your journal database
After Notion connects, click Load databases and choose your duplicated trading journal database. The app validates the fields and starts syncing your trades.
If no databases appear, share the journal page with the AKS Notion integration and try again.Add live charts to Notion
Open Account, click Generate embed links, then copy a chart link like Equity & drawdown or P&L by trading day. In Notion, type /embed and paste the link.
Free accounts get 1 embed link. Paid accounts unlock all chart embed links.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If something does not load
- Make sure you are logged in before clicking Connect Notion.
- Make sure you selected your duplicated template, not the Marketplace preview page.
- Make sure your Notion database still has the required trade fields.
- If the dashboard says subscription required, open Account and check billing.
- If a Notion chart embed does not load, regenerate the embed link from Account. Paid-only embeds require active billing.

What we collect
Account details such as email, display name, dashboard settings, subscription status, and support messages you send.
Notion data
When you connect Notion, the app stores a secure connection token and reads only the pages/databases you authorize.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Stripe. The app stores subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs, not full card details.
How it is used
Your data is used to show your dashboard, sync your journal, manage billing access, provide support, and improve reliability.
Your control
You can disconnect Notion, cancel billing through Stripe, or delete your account from Account settings.
Security
Notion tokens and server secrets are not shown in the browser. Private data is scoped to the signed-in user.

Subscriptions
Paid access is billed through Stripe. Pricing is shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your Notion content, trading decisions, account login, and making sure your journal data is accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user’s data, abuse the service, reverse engineer private systems, or upload harmful content.
Availability
The service may depend on Notion, Stripe, Supabase, and hosting providers. Temporary outages can happen.

Help, refunds, and account safety
Contact
Email support at aks26trades@gmail.com. Do not send Notion passwords, Stripe passwords, or secret tokens.
Cancel billing
Log in, open Account, then click Open billing portal. Stripe handles subscription updates securely.
Refund policy
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If something did not work after setup help, email support and explain what happened.
Disconnect Notion
Open Account and click Disconnect Notion. This removes the saved connection for that user.
Notion setup
Duplicate the AKS template first, then connect the duplicated page/database during onboarding.
Privacy
Do not send passwords, private keys, or secret tokens over email. Support only needs your account email and a short description.
